The Information Systems Engineering curriculum at Asian UST provides education and training necessary to design, implement, test, and utilize the hardware and software of computer based systems. This curriculum has components spanning both Computer Science and Computer Engineering programmes. Within the curriculum, students study all aspects of computer-based systems from electronic design through digital and analogue circuits and design, operating systems, computer architectures, communications, high-level programming language skills, network fundamentals, and specialized courses and their applications including databases, computer graphics, distributed systems, intelligence systems, and multimedia. Students are prepared for employment in a wide spectrum of high technology industries.
